Kowneen Research and Consulting has successfully implemented an Inventory Management System (IMS) using Odoo, which has significantly enhanced the efficiency of inventory operations at Milligram Pharmacy. The new system has improved inventory tracking, reporting, and analytical capabilities, making it user-friendly and effective in streamlining processes. As a result, it has reduced manual effort and minimized errors.

The Odoo IMS comprises various modules, including Inventory Tracking, Stock Management, Order Processing, Supplier Management, Warehouse Management, Demand Forecasting, Reporting and Analytics, and integration with existing procurement and sales systems. Currently, the system is integrated with Milligram Pharmacy’s central warehouse management systems, SMS Gateways, and other relevant inventory management tools, ensuring seamless operation across all inventory-related functions
